We will reply immediately to this email to confirm your requests, we will then issue you a 'BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM", this form will outline all details relating to your booking request ie. Payments, dates etc.
At this stage the villa will be provisonally held for you until we are in receipt of the requested Deposit payment 1.
When we are in receipt of Deposit payment 1, we will inform you by email & raise you a "STATEMENT", at this stage your villa booking request is firm.
Further details will be forwarded to you as the process continues.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS.
PAYMENT 1.........DEPOSIT.
25%.............. OF TOTAL HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION COST.
DUE DATE.......AT TIME OF BOOKING.
Refunds due to cancellations will be considered by "the Owners" at thier discretion.
PAYMENT 2.........BALANCE & SECURITY DEPOSIT.
BALANCE...........75%...............OF TOTAL HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION COST.
SECURITY DEPOSIT.................300.00 GBP for 3 bed Villas.
500.00 GBP for 5 bed Villa.
DUE DATE..................................12 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION "START DATE"
NOTES....."SECURITY DEPOSIT".
This amount is to be received by us in "CHEQUE" form & to be issued seperately from the "BALANCE" cheque.The "SECURITY DEPOSIT" is requested to safegaurd The Owners from any damage that might be caused to Thier Property or Belongings by our clients that have to be repaired or replaced.If a situation arises that The Owners deem to be of a malicious nature & that they thought could of been avoided, then The Owners will get estimates to replace/repair the item or property & this amount will be deducted from the above "SECURITY DEPOSIT" amount held, if the cost of the repair/replacemnet exceeds the held amount, then the client in question will be billed the additional amount.The full amount held by the "SECURITY DEPOSIT" will only be released after a 'SATISFACTORY VILLA INSPECTION" has been carried out, by our management team & The Owners have been informed.This process can take upto 2 weeks after the clients departure date.
HOW TO PAY.
Payments accepted by:-
1. CHEQUE.
2. BACS ( bankers automated clearance system)...... Request The Owners Bank details for this method.
3.PAYPAL (you will require a Paypal Account for this method, you can open one in minutes)www.paypal.com . Will accept all major Credit Cards. A 5% Surcharge appliess.
